The MM are controlling the price with those small trades. In pink land the MM's are the ones that really control the price. Well until a major PR comes out. The OTCBB market trades differently than the other boards. The Market Makers buy stock and resell it. They can buy and sell between themselves or with themselves and the small trades is a way to make the price go down even though there is no volume.
