BUT ..... you do know (and I think you've known it now for sometime), that JD et al. are LIARS pure and simple, and they are NOT going to "correct the mistake" on the Nevada filings. They lied about the necessary procedures to fix it, so we can logically assume that it was not a mistake.
I wonder how this one is going to get rationalized? (I know: I should give up on trying to anticipate these rationalizations.)
1. JD states that the rs vocabulary in their Nevada filings was a "mistake" but is not correctable.
2. Nevada states "YES IT IS. HERE IS HOW YOU DO IT" (fill out simple form)
So, do we believe JD or the state of Nevada? (and with the simple form posted, as it turns out).
Who is more trustworthy?
