TR...my point is that Cal and Brian have what could be called an "equity line of credit" with our shares. They can use them whenever and for where ever they feel it's neccesary.

200 million shares of equity which has almost been used up, I know they banked their bonuses and salaries while we've taken it on the noggin. I would love to see Cal or Brian or any insider for that matter show they purchased any of FASC shares on the "OPEN MARKET"

Hasn't happened and all our shares that we authorized for R&D seems to of been used for R&R...imho.

Back to Japan they go on our dime!
