Looking at the charts even closer and I probably am way off but if I knew any better and I'm no chart expert, this seems like they have issued some serious shares IMHO to try and raise cash.
What other reason would this go down when the ask is getting attacked consistently. Just doesn't make no sense to me.
As for all the hype with the news of R/M, name change yada yada yada I am not sure if that is even in the mix, it's all speculation at this point, sorry JMHO....
