#50643 RE: rabbitcoreybeach #50641

I'm sorry to sound rude, but how would anyone know?!?!?

If I knew the results were positive I'd be spending all my time here buying this stock.

all you can do is look at the past. The AGENDA trail FAILED. This is from their own press release:

Initial results did not show a statistically significant difference in early endpoints (overall response and progression-free survival).

So what they did was look at the data to find anything that might be positive. They found one sub-set that showed better results. So that is where we are today. Will it really be better, or was it just some type of statistical fluke? And the question that I have, that nobody will ask, is will the results be good enough for the FDA. Trust me, I follow biotech, and have been for 25 years. I have seen plenty of companies that present what seems to be positive data to the FDA and had it turned down. And the FDA does NOT LIKE the type of data mining done here. they like a trail to based on a hypothesis, and geared to prove that hypothesis. Here what you have is a trail that FAILED, but now they want to go back and say that if you look at things differently, there is positive data. Right. That is like saying I bet on team A to win a best of seven series, but wait, they are behind 3 games to 1, so now I want to bet on their chances of winning two games.

It usually goes something like this-

Company- We found some good results in that failed trial.

FDA- Looks good, now design a trial to prove that it works.

Really, that is what I expect here.

And these other drugs? Sure. Go back and read what their plans were for these "other" compounds before the AGENDA trail failed. Look at some of the old 10Ks and see how confident they were about them then. I'll save you the time. They had put them on a shelf.

Good trade here. Nothing more until all the finance stuff is done.
