Evidently, yes. I've seen mergers close before and huge sell offs take place, but the financing secured prior to the closing of the merger was secured with free trading shares. If memory serves me correctly, all shares used for financing and acquisition throughout this process with PSPW and Seawind have been restricted shares.....so it must be a sell off....probably just to flip to get more free shares...imo lol. Doesn't worry me at all. GLTA
