no it is not just you, based on any business contract a typical contract will include a deposit. I think with the type and scope of this project I would look for a 20% deposit. So if the initial contract between MSMY and Haiti is 100 mill you wold be looking at a 20 mill deposit. 20 mill to hit the books as revenues just that fast. Yes I can see $1.00 eash with that scenario.
