Your kidding me!? Hard to believe in this economy. And there's not much you can do when over 1/3 of the homes on the market are bank owned homes. I wonder how many of the forclosures could have been avoided if they would have worked with the home owners and refied their loans to a more affordable rates......IT almost seems like it was all a part of a master plan.....IMO
