I don't completely understand it either, possibly this was to finance all the known upcoming expenses... otherwise it is suspicious given 2010 there was an "operating expense" of $90,000. I am going to remain optimistic, but am unsure at this point.... Starting too look like we have been strung along while 18 million shares are being cashed in on...
