The "movement" you see is nothing more than the ridiculous 25% spread between the bid and ask (common with garbage pinks). Any close at the bid followed by a trade at the ask or vice versa, will give the impression of movement.
The bid is now consistently under a penny, for the past week, for the first time in 9 months. That is the only movement that is significant.
