Authorized capital is subject to vote by MAJORITY, which means one entity holding the majority voting power could legally make that decision without common shareholders even knowing it until it was too late.

Someone who invests into millions of shares of TADF for years would hopefully know, well before buying all those shares, that they are not going to require the common shareholders to vote in order to increase their authorized capital, meaning A/S. It doesn't pay to do DD after investing, that I can say with ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY.
