As a matter of fact, that is certainly what an option exercise is.

The CEO and CFO were indeed buying shares.

Interesting, too, in that they were buying late last calendar year at .05 and .06.
And those shares carry a one year restriction.

And the current share price is about half of that.

Might not be a bad sign for current buyers when those shares become unrestricted.
