Penny too late same as many bought shares when Dean was CEO and dumping. I agree don't buy QASP seeing Joe/Josh not Jeff want to dilute same as Dean then do a r/s. Jeff I am fine with since he never diluted and held price where it was when he took over last Sept. It's clear when Jeff would not keep diluting why Joe and Josh came after him. He's blocking the more share dumping that Joe wants.
