HRH..they are in one of her posts about a month or so back. I know of several very large shareholders who have written them some very stern letters reminding them of their fiduciary duty to common shareholders.. I'll bet receiving these letters is what prompted Ramsauer to step down. The more letters the better.. Edig management needs to be forced to accept that the Norris good ole boy club will no longer be tolerated by shareholders.
I believe they need to know that shareholders expect them to take their fiduciary duties very seriously as hundreds (thousands?) of individual shareholders rely on them to act in their behalf.
They seem to have been nothing but rubber stampers for management thus far.
