Yup, that's right. A preemptive strike!
I see 3 avenues for any company caught in the infringement vise.
1. Secure an agreement for licensing, ala Dell.

2. If your big enough, buy WordLogic.

3. Roll the dice in court.

Seems like # 1 is the cheapest way out.

Any choice is good for WL!

That wouldn't surprise me, but Dell is not an operating system. I think we Goog, APPL, and people like Motorola etc. We are in very good shape. Good luck, M!
