Investpedia says:

Investopedia explains SEC Form 12b-25
The SEC Form 12b-25 is usually a red flag for investors, indicating that something is not right with a company. It either means that management is incapable of ensuring that basic tasks are performed or that the company is experiencing major financial trouble. Since the SEC Form 12b-25 requires companies to indicate whether or not any major changes from the prior year's report are expected, it is crucial that investors review this filing as soon as they become aware of it.

Guys I just called the person that answered name was shirley. She said that she could not answer my question. Asked to speak to Jame but she said to try calling Mandy in half an hour this is the phone number 909-594-8890. I told her that I represented about 20 shares that have been invested with SSOL since January and that we did not quite understand when the report is going to be released. That we have been waiting for a long for anything positive and that many of us are really getting tired of waiting for new developments. Had to make two calls to get true. She also said to E-Mail James told her that I have in the past tried three times with no response.
