Oh they most certainly were, they were just trying to plug holes in the new shell they were trying to buy. It is awesome how BNPD outed the Pawson connection in that April 18th PR, by showing their failure to Acquire the shell. Has anyone caught on to this yet? It was in fact not BNPD Acquiring BEHL as stated in this crappy PR:

But if you read the BNPD PR it states clearly that

BNPD had previously sold control of the company to Biocentric Energy Holdings, Inc. and For Your Information Inc. These previous buyers and consultants did not have the funding to complete the transaction

BEHL was in fact acquiring the BNPD shell for the old “reverse razzle dazzle” but could not come up with enough cash to finalize the deal. Now you have further documents showing in fact that Dennis Fisher was in fact the “orchestrator” of this whole sham from the beginning and not one Monique Berry. That is also why the “Official Public Company Notice” is also one giant lie, not only was she not involved in creating the BNPD deal, but she was never officially in charge of the shell. Not one single SOS filing, in fact they had not even cleaned out the shell from the previous officers when they announced all of this crap. That is how poorly this was all executed.

For Your Information Inc. is a company owned by Stephanie Padilla, which operates out of a Pawson owned property. Padilla is a Pawson family member, either Wife or Daughter, since both are named Stephanie.
