If its "just your opinion" than why you constantly state it as a seeming fact that their will be no buy back? You dont know, do you? How can a 'disgorgement' of moneys paid to the SEC take out the shares out of the market that the SEC said were illegally put into the market? any money to the SEC does NOT correct this! Only those shares OUT will correct, that seems clear to most logical thinkers.
