They should have released the PR this morning, not Friday at 3 PM.

IMO, management either was unaware that releasing the RM news at 3 pm on a Friday would result in a sell-off, or doesn't care. I'm leaning toward the 2nd. I've never felt that Sass or MM were too concerned about investors who buy in the .07 - .15 range, figuring we're going to flip by .30 or thereabouts. So I doubt they were really interested in what the pps did after the merger announcement. JMO
