SBRH is easily traded over the Internet via brokers like E*Trade with no fees other than commissions, etc. Thinking that your broker may not trade pennies, therefore the problems you've encountered. I was with Brown and Co. years ago when E*Trade bought them out. Traded pennies through them too and haven't seen paper shares in years.
