The Bnpd/Behl fiasco was priceless I've never witnessed such a display of fancy footwork by a promoter trying to keep his followers brains from exploding. They didn't get through it without some damage though, there is evidence of post traumatic merger syndrome over in phaetonville.
Between the two companies the only hard asset was Bnpd's forklift, last I heard it was at Santa Ana. The poor things probably lying dead out in the desert somewhere now.
