Yes QASP has no business or money to create won. So yes QASP is dead at this point. It has no future. Dean saw to that when he blew millions or stole millions. Once all the shares he sold did not create a future for QASP it has been dead ever since. Centacom good or bad gives at least change for shareholders. QASP doesn't.
