Thanks for that writeup. My question is where did you get the size of the classes?

Did you go through all 1,900 claims or is there a summary somewhere that I missed?

I would comment that it looks like my "settlement" as an original shareholder is down the drain.
I would also comment that if the attorneys have already gotten almost $10M out of an escrow amount of $35M, that that is a travesty. Why not give then a few more years of litigation and they will have it all with no need to argue about a distribution to any of the damaged parties.
