I seriously doubt he is gone and it's probably the same scenario as last year when Rainbolt was briefly in charge. The stock is almost worthless at this point so any buyout wouldn't amount to much for him. For a company that promises, but doesn't deliver, transparency, they can just be content with the rubes out there to believe anything they say.
