yep marianothis, it sure seems that way, it is certainly setting up for another leg up, last time it consolidated for 17 trading days between .0018 - .003, until busting out, now it has consolidated for about a week and a half. The RSI has returned to sustainable levels, and is still in an uptrend. Lots of positives surrounding the stock, it has been trading above, both, the 50 and 200 day ma for quite some time now. And it should get a 50/200 ma cross by the end of the month. This is still in the beginning stages of an epic run. It currently only has about a 10M market cap, which in my opinion is still very cheap considering the Tac-air revenues, and the increase in future Revenues from potential multi-million dollar DoD contract and International contracts.
Trust me these guys have not been working on this for two years and set their goals at a sub-penny stock, their goals and expectations are much much larger than that.
