So were you at the courthouse, can you point me to some documents from the court that support your story. What judge ruled against Jeff? Who told you about the results of this judgment? It's typical you are trying to stir the pot when the last day to buy QASP for the exchange was Friday. So if someone sells Monday they are out, if they want NHSH they will have to go buy it. It looks like you are just trying to knock out shares that won't be able to exchange.
Right now 1.5bil are ready to exchange.
Now let's say you scare people out of their QASP shares, they lose the option to exchange. Because they will just have to buy NHSH to be part of Centacom.
