I think we are all clear that there will be no stock swap - what there will be is private placements -but you already know this and maybe you are not trying to mislead anyone here - just not stating the information clearly.

Anyone who wants to exchange their QASP shares has an avenue to do that via a private placement if they choose to contact the company.

Great post and thanks for the heads up even tho sum will try and call you a basher but sometimes the truth hurts and QASP has a very very tuff time telling it [good hearted yes truth tellers NO]
Last one out is a rotton egg and if your statement is 100% true then this reeeks of a CHEAP pump by Jeff,NHSH,and Centa and they will get NONE of the Chiefs money..
