i was successfully able to short the stock with e-trade. The friday after the divi i attempted to sell 1.8mil from my 10mil shares at .0008 but only able to sell 500,000 of that. Over that weekend it was showing my position 500,000 short. I actually recently covered at .0005 with a small profit. Keep in mind i dont have a marginal account with e-trade and they could not explain to me why i was given a short position.
