I saw that, tried everything I could think of to get around the sign-up fee......couldn't get there.

The headline was great.......!!!

They have a MOU........

In some cases depending on the exact wording, MOUs can have the binding power of a contract; as a matter of law, contracts do not need to be labeled as such to be legally binding

Hope they are speaking the same language????

Of course.....we are dealing with RP and Russia! A toss up..LOL!

Hope RP (ACLY) comes out ahead, and he does like he is told to do which is settle PGPM.........
