Seekingneko, I don't think the PPS is inflated. JMHO, but I don't even see the upcoming merger factored into the PPS yet. I believe that is the key in this deal. As many other ppl here have observed, the merger, when completed, will open doors to the all important contracts that will keep this corporation on the upward track.
At 1/3 cent per share, the price is cheap, IF the merger is completed. Recent information shown on the TacAir and TADF web pages shows a greater intermingling of these companies. I think the merger would be easier to complete than to cancel, at this point.
