GDHI offers nothing unique and has no competitive advantage. They have created nothing as the "distribution" network exists without them with hundreds of other products already. GDHI is selling a commodity, in this case food. The sales cycle for food products is less than 30 days. GDHI has been issuing distribution agreements since 2008, plenty of time to know if they can make a profit. They can't. Further they sell a variety of products across 1000 stores. The is no broad marketing that can cover all their products. Customers are not buying the GDHI brand they are buying individual products from different companies that GDHI represents and there is no way to promote across 1000 different locations. GDHI can't make a profit with this concept. They have shown that. They have exhausted their funding, payroll dropped 75% and inventory is not being replaced. Only question left is who walked away with the profits from receiving shares at 80% discount then selling them into the market and walking away. If Frank wanted to give money away this way there is no crime in that. But if one nickel of this "off the books" money made it's way back to Frank or GDHI.. well then....
