Hard to say how many shares > 50% of the shareholders represent but good response and the only rational choice. The Quasar stock swap folks issued a clarification on the process about 1 hour ago. This is SOP where private placements are concerned - good to see they are going by the book. Still waiting to hear the results of yesterday's BOD on share structure.
