Anything this volatile Im partial to getting in and out as soon as possible. I agree too, since the courts have control til august, some good green is to be made. It's going to be interesting to see what Najafi pulls off this fall with his shiny new "shell company" ..he definitely has his options. But at this point all the DD has been done and there really isn't anything else to dig up...just wait for next week.
