In fairness, that sticky should really have a date on it. It was sent from MMTE a while back, which can be inferred from the 'today' portion of 'We increased authorized today', but isn't obvious.

Not saying it isn't still true - and for those who care, I'm an insignificant long - but the whole truth should be laid out in that sticky, IMO

there's many ways of dilution possible. any debt holder could dilute when the board keeps saying without lying; "we don't dilute".
