Very informative post -- I especially appreciated the IRS private letter ruling where they determined that there had been no ownership change for the purposes of the NOLS being carried forward.

I think that this stock is going to play itself out about the 13-14th. The folks that have successfully traded this stock for the past 2 months on peaks and dips will build it up with all sorts of "positive" information, while holding back their shares...then about two days prior, when there is enough interest to offload their shares, they will dump.... then the music stops and anyone still holding......well....... the music has stopped and the game is over.
