Very true. But the "loophole" in the whole argument is that if a company is NON-REPORTING, and most of the Pinks are not, the "threshold" rule does not count.
But then, on another play I have, EL*P, it IS a reporting stock, it is on OTCBB, not Pinks, and after a great run 3 weeks ago, the MM's naked shorted it to death, they were on the list of 'being in trouble - (over 13 days without covering) - and nothing.
So, that's the danger we face down here.
I still like CAVR and have no idea why the stock isn't jumping. Just been making two other plays where the oil stock has NOTHING to CAVR in ANY CATEGORY, and they've gone over 250% so far! I'm just scratching my head.
Well, I am confident when good quarterlies are reported (maybe only 1, but possibly 2) we'll see what we want out of this play.
