Sorry, didn't mean to upset you, but you are missing the point.
Word Logic holds the patent (owns the Predictive Keyboard product). If WL "allows" Dell to resell it to Dell's customers, that does not give the right to any other company to use it in their products. If Companies like Google, Microsoft, Apple, etc. (just examples) are using a version of WL's product in their systems, that is an infringement. They (the infringers)should be paying WL for the right to use that technology. That is what the high class lawyers are for; to stop the infringement, and collect the fees owed to WL for using their technology without a license of permission.
