Thanks Duchamp. I'm hoping for good news from the Government energy meetings on the Arctic oil/gas future developement plans. These meeting are in progress now. From what I've seen over the last year it seems to be the governments at the highest levels slowing down the process of Arctic Oil developement, not the oil companies(IMO).
Maybe, when the present meetings involving all the northern nations conclude ... we'll see a changed government response, and some incentives to access these reserves. And then, we'll all make money.
