well kevin i sold 100.000 at .019 yesterday and they sold in 7 batches, some were as small as that and the whole lot cost 10 bucks.

Yes, there is a concerted attempt to keep the price down so that who ever is accumulating can accumulate at .155 to .175 and not have to pay more

As soon as this is completed - WSRA will run to .03 to .05 IMO

It is possible that
1) The company is buying back shares

or

2) The new JV company and people are buying shares

Remember in January shares were available day after day at .0055 to .007 and now buyers are paying 2 or 3 times that

It appears that WSRA ran too fast and too high and so it is now being artificially held back
