1. waiting to deliver it under the name of hydra as they will be the new company.

2. divys will come when the merger is final

3. Once Hydra is up and running after the merger they will start filling the $21 mil. BO log

4. There has been no talk about a R/S for ARSC you came up with that one...IVOI on the other hand stated they would do one

5. They are probably waiting on the merger to be final and what is the relevance of this question? Are they supposed to put a PR out everyday???
