I concur 100%. With the outstanding preferred note holders from Old Co, the CA DOL complaints just getting through the system, unsettled IRS debt with shares trading at .0001, there is no way they can raise enough funds to pay debt, let alone sustain a new business model without private money. And who in their right mind would fund that?
