I think that's a given and well understood by the street. Teva's response to a generic copaxone is what will determine its forward path.

TEVA has a hell of a lot off cash on hand. Even if, obviously I hope when, mCopaxone is approved, TEVA can buy they way out of a bad situation with regards to earnings by making wise acquisitions.

Yeah, i bought some Teva (2% of my MNTA holding...) in the 45s a week or two ago, and when mC is approved and Teva tanks it might be a great buying opp, there are plenty of ex-US Copax sales left for Teva in a duopoly.
