Now that the 10-K is out when does the E go away ? The only encouraging thing I read was they anticipate at least some earnings in the 2nd quarter, after Swiss Mining is taken care of.

Deep, what are your feelings on the 10-K ? I know it looks bad, but what we're looking at is pretty typical of small pink sheet companies with no money. The worst part of this ptcture is the S.E.C. Investigation !!! The wild card is in fact, how much gold can be mined by the end of the 2nd quarter, and how much revenue shows up on the 2nd quarter report, and if a partner is found. The business part of the company looks bad, but they do have a lot going for them, in the ground, if what they have stated is true. A lot of people have turned negative, and rightly so based on the 10-K, but I believe the gold is there. A lot of positive things can happen in the next 4 months. I will be watching closely !!! Your reply would be appreciated.
