MGLG/Irwin BOOCK et al/SEC Investigation.

katano- There are dual investigations ongoing on both sides of the border. The SEC has an open file on BOOCK and pals which DOES mention MGLG. Open the MediaFire link below and view and/or download the Word Document File. Scroll through far enough and you will find a paragraph on MGLG which I have high-lighted in yellow. I have not followed the SEC actions recently, so perhaps someone here could pick up the torch to see if there is an update.-TB
