the primary difference and deal breaker for US markets is that XBOR is a fully reporting OTC, whereas you can only call in the other stock that is continually pumped here on the gray sheets with no bid or no ask. A better comparison imo would be to compare XBOR with a non operator that uplisted to a higher exchange.

Boomer, the best laid plan is an executed one. If XBOR has a 2011 capital budget to participate in 25 wells then they best raise the necessary $$$ to fund the 2011 budget. A half ass fulfillment would be a death spiral. The SP would never appreciate as investor know the are going to further dilute....one of the many reasons the SP is currently dropping.
