Buy some PTEL now to be able to trade between 5/27 and late November. Just a few days ago the ask was .07. Somebody bought 28K+ today on the $.12 ask. Tomorrow, we'll see VFIN on the ask at $.14
With MMX coming to PTEL on the 27th and many traders unable to trade their restricted shares from the 1:1 divi, I believe that smart folks will buy now.
