When I'm as unhappy with management as you seem to be I will sell every share I own. I think that the group you are attempting to form will have little effect except that it may drive down the price of the stock a bit as people watch and become fearful. One more thing: I don't understand why you will not spell the name Dickenson correctly. It is either a deliberate attempt to mislead or to insult, or it is an odd lack of precision. It casts doubt on everything you say.
