If a offer of 50% is on the table, I think it would be very hard to get $450 a share. In this case nothing is at it seems and I think $350 may be the price offered.Too many people have been burned here, and I think even some of the big boys as the two times this hit over $100 a share it was not small investers buying at that price.
I don't think anyone should pay attention to your "advice" right now. For anyone on this board, talk to a tax specialist if you have concerns with that.
IMO, it depends on the ongoing scenario. I would definitely sell shares and get some money and then ride free shares. I say this because if FULL PAYOUT is possible and is on the horizon you gotta take chances with some leftover shares, y' know.
