I highly agree w/your first point. Yeah, we've heard from multiple PRs that they were "working" on a subsidiary, but now we actually have one. If you're already trying to raise money for these projects and such, why in the world would you institute a subsidiary unless there was something substantial there? That would just be another money sink.

There's GOT to be something going on.
