Share Structure

Loyal CWRN Shareholders,

It has been brought to our attention here at CWRN that there is speculation as to the reason for us “gagging” the TA. Allow me to put this speculation to rest, at last. We have found it necessary to silence our TA in order to stop him from being bombarded with calls, some of which result in confusion and misinformation that is then released as “fact” on message boards, including those of ill refute. While we at CWRN firmly encourage investors, both big and small, to perform their own due diligence we also understand that this is not always the case. There are those who believe that gathering speculative “information” from message boards as DD; that being said, we do not think that allowing such speculation sets a very good precedent. So, in the words of Bob Cotton himself, “The share structure has never been a secret…”

Current Outstanding Shares: 4.3 Billion
Free Trading Float: 2.1 Billion

As always, thank you for being shareholders.

Director of Investor Relations

china you are wrong. Please educate yourself. 6B authorized shares. Authorized share limit has nothing to do with outstanding shares. You know that!
